Impact Report 2025

In August 2025, Learn N' Lunch hosted a Campus Welfare Dialogue bringing together student guild representatives, faculty welfare contacts, and program volunteers from four universities. The goal was not another abstract discussion about "student challenges" — it was a working session to agree on specific, testable improvements to meal access and welfare communication.
Students repeatedly said confusion about distribution timing was the biggest barrier — not lack of interest. Campuses will pilot a standardized weekly schedule posted in three places: guild notice boards, a pinned WhatsApp message, and the Learn N' Lunch Stories page.
Each campus will maintain a simple Google Form linked from event signage. Responses reviewed weekly by ambassadors and shared monthly in a public summary (no personal identifiers published).
Campuses agreed to document volunteer roles using a one-page playbook so new volunteers can join mid-semester without losing quality.

From a live polling exercise at the dialogue:
"We do not need perfection. We need consistency students can plan around."
